If chosen to join a Crossland Luxury trip, I acknowledge and agree to the following booking and cancellation terms:

All bookings are made with Savana Fox and Jessica Crossland, the sole proprietor of Crossland Luxury Trips. By booking a trip with us, paying a deposit, or agreeing to these terms, you accept all the conditions in this agreement and authorize us to provide services for all travelers. This agreement forms a contract between you (the Traveler) and Crossland Luxury Trips for any bookings, reservations, trips, or transactions with us.

Bookings can be made via our online registration system. The deposit and payment schedule for the trip is detailed on the registration page. Please review these schedules and the cancellation terms carefully. Note that a booking is not confirmed, and no contract exists until we provide written confirmation.

Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit and other payments made to us. If you need to cancel, notify Crossland Luxury Trips via email at crosslandluxurytrips@gmail.com.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Initial deposits of $750 are non-refundable.
• For cancellations 45 days or more before the trip, 50% of the payment is refundable (excluding the $750 deposit).
• For cancellations 31 to 45 days before the trip, 30% of the total payment is refundable (excluding the $750 deposit).
• For cancellations within 30 days of the trip, no payment will be refunded.

BY REGISTERING FOR A CROSSLAND LUXURY TRIP, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Participants acknowledge the inherent and other risks of travel within the United States and internationally, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, travel hazards, weather conditions, altitude, various modes of transport, disease exposure, drowning, accidents, and negligence by Crossland Luxury Trips and associated parties. Participants accept these risks, which include the possibility of trip rescheduling, injury, death, property damage, and lost belongings. Participants affirm they have no known condition impairing their ability to participate safely or are willing to assume the risks of any such condition. Participants authorize Crossland Luxury Trips and associated entities to arrange emergency medical treatment if necessary. Participants certify they have adequate insurance for any injury or damage incurred or agree to bear the costs themselves, including evacuation. Participants acknowledge potential delays, schedule changes, and cancellations, and that only refunded monies from third parties or those still in the agency’s possession will be returned. Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering unforeseen issues and risks such as non-participation, bankruptcies, cancellations, interruptions, delays, and medical emergencies.
